look deep keep left

Some things are meant to test us.

The Sugarlicks studio was flooded over the weekend, as the result of a fire in the next door apartment, and the huge amount of water that was used to put it out. Unknown to us, the water had seeped under the floor and into the studio damaging some of our audio equipment, but more importantly ruining the record covers from our vinyl library (which includes a number of rare, out of print and signed artist albums). The above photo may look like an art installation, but it isn’t – its the sight of a partially ruined 25 year old vinyl collection being layed out to dry. Needless to say, the studio is out of action for a while, but we are down but not out!
